Delete your data

You can delete everything Omimi has about you, at any time, in one step. This page explains how, and what is deleted.
In the app (the quickest way)
- Open Omimi and go to Settings → Delete account and data.
- Tap Delete everything and confirm.
- Everything is deleted right away: on your phone, and on our server.
What is deleted
- On your phone: your check-ins, day logs, journal pages and talks with Omimi, test results, plans, settings and your name.
- On our server: your anonymous guest identity (used only for Omimi's AI) and everything linked to it, such as daily AI reply counts. It holds no name, email or anything you wrote.
- Nothing is kept afterwards, and it can't be undone.
If you no longer have the app
Everything you wrote was saved on your phone, so deleting the app removed it. Our server only keeps an anonymous guest identity with no name, email or writing, which we can't connect to you. If you have a question, or want us to help with anything else, write to hello@omimi.app with the subject “Delete my data”, and we'll reply within 30 days.
Your membership
Deleting your data doesn't cancel a membership, because Apple or Google handle the billing. Please cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. See Support for the steps.
