Terms of use
Last updated 12 October 2026
These terms explain the agreement between you and Omimi when you use the app. We've kept them short and in plain words.
Who we are
Omimi is made by Natalia Wawrzyniak, based in Poland. You can reach us at hello@omimi.app.
What Omimi is, and isn't
Omimi is a companion for your everyday wellbeing: calming tools, check-ins, a journal and gentle insights about your own patterns.
Omimi is not medical care, therapy or an emergency service. It doesn't diagnose or treat any condition, and nothing in it is medical advice. Please talk to a doctor about your health, and before making any medical decisions. If you're in crisis, call your local emergency number or a helpline (SOS → Help now in the app).
Who can use Omimi
You need to be 16 or older to use Omimi.
Membership
- Some features are part of an Omimi membership, paid monthly or yearly through Apple or Google.
- A membership renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
- A free trial, when offered, turns into a paid membership when it ends, unless you cancel before.
- Payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules.
Omimi's AI
For members who allow it, some parts of Omimi (Talk with Omimi, and reflections in Me) are written by AI. AI can sometimes get things wrong, so please treat what it writes as gentle companionship, not professional advice. How your data is used is explained in the privacy policy.
Using Omimi kindly
Please don't misuse Omimi: for example, by trying to break or overload it, getting around membership or limits, or copying its content to sell or share as your own. We may limit access if Omimi is misused.
Omimi's content
The app's texts, meditations, sounds, designs and the Omimi character belong to Omimi. You can use them for your own personal wellbeing. What you write stays yours.
Responsibility
We work hard to make Omimi helpful and reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, Omimi isn't responsible for decisions you make based on the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law where you live.
App Store and Google Play
If you downloaded Omimi from the App Store, Apple's standard terms for apps (the Licensed Application End User License Agreement) also apply. If you got it from Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply.
Changes and law
If we change these terms in an important way, we'll tell you in the app. These terms are governed by Polish law, without taking away any protection you have as a consumer where you live.
